PrideStaff's New "Chief Risk Officer" And Sarah's Promotion!

This is a new position here at PrideStaff. Nathan will be responsible for all aspects of risk as well as a key leader involved with guiding our company in the pursuit of our VISION. You will see in Nathan's bio that he is very qualified as CRO and why we are including Nathan as an executive team member.

When an opening occurred in our risk management department we decided to create a risk management department that can truly refine the functions and service that will be necessary as we experience accelerated growth in our PrideStaff system of offices. Nathan didn't need a job; he had one. But, he was attracted to PrideStaff because of our commitment to building not only a large staffing company, but a FINE company that believes in effective risk management; and a customer centric company. In addition, he really liked that we have a 10 year VISION and the foundation from which to grow. Tammi didn't need a risk manager, she already has one; that I will share in this announcement. She needed a leader to help us grow PrideStaff throughout the US and most likely Canada.

Let me also take this opportunity to share with you that Tammi has promoted Sarah Hayden to Risk Manager. Sarah has been with PrideStaff for over nine years and has grown into this important role. She, along with our other risk management department staff, provides exceptional expertise and support to our field offices. Sarah will report to Nathan, our CRO.
