This past week I (Sarah) traveled to Hartford, CT for business -- it was my first time there. I spent 2 days in meetings at the corporate headquarters for The Hartford Insurance, on the top floor, with an amazing view of downtown. While the meetings were pretty boring, I had some great meals out with business associates and enjoyed the opportunity to check out this little corner of the U.S. from my perch at the top of the Hartford Tower. It only partly made up for the fact that this summer's Risk Conference was NOT in Chicago, as usual... And oh, how I wanted to explore into New Haven (Yale University), and wish Stars Hollow into existence! I felt a little closer to the Gilmores just by virtue of being there. Would love someday head back to that area (with Chad, of course!) to really see New England. Until then... I have a stuffed moose (compliments of The Hartford) to remind me of my time there!
