Merry Christmas From The Haydens!

We had lovely Christmas Eve & Christmas Day celebrations with much of our local family! On Christmas Eve we traveled to Reedley for dinner with Cliff & Melody and attended the Christmas Eve service at Reedley MB Church. We enjoyed Christmas morning with them as well as my aunt and uncle, Debbie & Dick, and cousin Valerie. Valerie made our "traditional" Christmas breakfast of stuffed blueberry french toast, and we opened all sorts of wonderful gifts. From there we went to Clovis to visit Geoff & Toni, and spent the afternoon with Toni's family and Chad's Grandma Vida. Chris, Kristi & Elise were there too. Around 6:30 the 5 of us (me, Chad, Chris, Kristi & Elise) headed over to Paul & Barbara's for our "traditional" Christmas taco feast and more presents! We rolled into our driveway around 11:00 last night feeling very tired but also VERY blessed! The celebrations continue.... tonight (Friday) we're catching up with our friends Brian & Colette, in town from San Diego, and on Sunday we rendezvous with Ron & Meg (our Fullerton "parental unit") in Bakersfield for dinner and our gift exchange. Next week we'll spend New Year's Day with the extended Unruh family. See below for some pictures from our Christmas day!

What lovely pictures. What an adorable cat (NOT)! Elise is the cutie of the century along with that French coquette in the beret.

Yay for launch of the blog! Can't believe you've kept it secret/hidden for so long. :) Looks great and it's so nice to keep up with you two!
